Office Manager

SavorEat is a publicly traded, vibrant Food-Tech Startup. We are rapidly developing Plant-Based meat-replacement products which are made by a fully automated solution.

 

Description

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
• Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, creating reports, and assisting with any administrative activity as needed.
• Assist in executing the company’s welfare strategy and employee experience, and organize company activities.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.

Requirements

• Experience working in an administrative/office management role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Social Media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
