Marketing Specialist

SavorEat is a publicly traded, vibrant Food-Tech Startup. We are rapidly developing Plant-Based meat-replacement products which are made by a fully automated solution.

The Marketing Specialist will help drive all aspects of the marketing plan and execution. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will help to drive the execution of marketing projects forward, spanning: events, customer relations, marketing material development, social/digital media, PR and other. You are someone who takes the initiative, and can get things done on time and in an organized fashion.

Description

• Helping to drive marketing projects (such as SavorEat activities at/on various locations of key partners/customers) and marketing campaigns forward to objectives.
• Developing marketing/customer-facing materials.
• Day-to-day assisting in social media/digital marketing management (i.e. newsletter deployment, Linkedin/FB posting etc.)
• Working with suppliers, graphic designer and cross-functional work to ensure marketing projects advance on time. Could involve photoshoots, video/content creation ongoing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years demonstrated marketing experience.
• Exceptional attention to details combined with strong organizational skills, project management, ability to multitask and strong follow-up skills would be an asset.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Digital/Social media savvy – a plus.
• Experience in the food industry – advantage.
• Strong presentation / communication / people and budgeting skills.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing or business – preferred
• Strong client orientation approach.
• Fluent English.
